Basketball
Today, like what I said in the older post, I joined basketball activity instead of archery. I thought I was lucky today because it rained anyways so there were no archery (we had basketball practice in the gym). The practice was almost suicidal today. We did so much running. First, we had to run back and forth the gym floor. Later on, we practiced lay-ups (both left and right). After that, I learned new technique for the zone defense. It is very unique and interesting for me because it was my first time to learn such great way how to defend. It is called "chicken". When the person on the center of the court says "chicken" then we would run into different assigned positions to get the ball and to shoot the ring (as a team). At the end, we had to do the last running called "sweet sixteen" and yeah, it is very sarcastic. We had to run back and forth 16 times for three sets! But it was a good exercise and hopefully my stamina is better now.
