This Tuesday, there were no basketball practice, and I also couldn't join the archery club because I had an art project due the next day. I had to rush because I haven't started anything yet because I was away for almost a week! (CB camp and basketball tournament) So I had to focus on my art project.
On Thursday, I was supposed to have basketball practice, however, the gym was occupied because there was a match for the MYP girls basketball team. So I did my own fitness program. I jogged around the swimming pool with the boys basketball team outside so that my stamina wouldn't go down. I also did archery for around 15 minutes. The result wasn't good because I haven't been practicing for few weeks (because I was joining the basketball practice for the SPH cup).
During lunch on Friday, Sam and I brought Joo Eun and Sakura to teach them our dance movements (the one that we made before the CB camp) Later on after school,I ran around the swimming pool for two laps and did sit ups, back ups, push ups and so much more to train myself and to keep my stamina while waiting my sisters playing soccer. I also met my friend Sherwood, so I invited him to come and we did so much crazy activities (for exercising) such as pretending doing yoga, playing slow motion kung-fu, practicing cartwheel, the robotic dance, mission impossible and so on. After doing these activities I felt very tired, all sweaty but I felt healthy.
