Basketball practice

Yesterday, I had basketball practice for around one and a half hour. We also did "sweet sixteen" run again and it was awful. However, it wasn't as bad as before. On the previous lesson, I couldn't run properly because I kept on forcing my self all the time to run fast. But yesterday, I changed a bit by running with my pace. I learned that it is much better to run in my pace because I wouldn't need to stop and I wouldn't feel really tired. So it was interesting that I learned my OWN technique and skills of exercising and for basketball yesterday. I also found out that I'm not doing good in shooting the ball into the ring. I really need more practice. The worst part was defending and rebounding. I really dislike these two methods in playing the basketball. Maybe I could ask someone else to exchange positions with me (I'm on the bottom right part).
